Please can somebody help me with the necessary forms  I need to complete for a spouse who is already here and got married to his girlfriend last month. What are the documents and forms I need to forward to USCIS? Complete to avoid delay. And who files I-864EZ and I-864?

Who are you to the couple, and why aren't they filling them out themselves? Are you the co-sponsor?

How did the spouse come to the USA?

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.
