We usually know when we are serving something that the menfolk won't like.  For example, I make my husband eat fish and I don't care what his opinion is on it because I know he thinks it is a punishment close to death.

Noted should be that Anglia is part of modern day Denmark....

 

Conclusion to be drawn is that Danes are pretty closely related to modern day Germans and Brits.
