People with monster-sized dog applied for the rental casa, other day man.

Dogs = immediate disqualifier, too much damage man.

We informed our r.e. agent to decline the application for this reason, done man.

 

Last night, we find manila envelope on our casa doormat, who's it from man.

Was from r.e. agent of rejected applicants, direct appeal to us to reconsider man.

We told our r.e. agent, due diligence man.

Our agent hit the roof and read other agent the riot act, ethical violation she man.

Will call her broker, deserved man.

 

We told our agent to reconsider dog couple for $Many/month more in rent + staggeringly high dog-deposit, so there man.

Had r-casa not been vacant this long, we'd have told other agent to take a hike, ethical violation she man.

Mrs. T-B. got Many (2+1) sets of flowers for her birthday, endowed she man.

One was from us, bouquet from Aldi Foods for $Many ($2+2 - 1 cent), best deal in town man.

Another was from Mama T-B., senior she man.

Casa-ward traffic blessedly the polar opposite of previous day's, relief man.

We delivered Uncle T-B.'s 2+2+1 new/newly altered pants to him, finally man.

Uncle T-B. tried them on with difficulty, huff & puff man.

All fit very nicely, good tailorette man.

Best deal in town, too:  only $Many ($2x2x2x2-1) for entire alteration job, don't pay for pants all over again man.

Uncle T-B. said, "Thanks so damn much for all your hard work on this, man."

We replied that he'd nobly given of himself, first to Grandpa T-B. and then to Aunt T-B., truth man.

Therefore, it was time for what goes around to come around, payoff man.

We were actually pleasantly surprised that he so receptively accepted these efforts on his behalf, self-effacing man.

It was rather funny in the POTS warehouse today, with all the workers calling out "More B.S.!" during manufacturing & shipment, hee hee man.

06-04-2007 = TSC stamps postal return-receipt for I-129f.

06-11-2007 = NOA1 date (unknown to me).

07-20-2007 = Phoned Immigration Officer; got WAC#; where's NOA1?

09-25-2007 = Touch (first-ever).

09-28-2007 = NOA1, 23 days after their 45-day promise to send it (grrrr).

10-20 & 11-14-2007 = Phoned ImmOffs; "still pending."

12-11-2007 = 180 days; file is "between workstations, may be early Jan."; touches 12/11 & 12/12.

12-18-2007 = Call; file is with Division 9 ofcr. (bckgrnd check); e-prompt to shake it; touch.

12-19-2007 = NOA2 by e-mail & web, dated 12-18-07 (187 days; 201 per VJ); in mail 12/24/07.

01-09-2008 = File from USCIS to NVC, 1-4-08; NVC creates file, 1/15/08; to consulate 1/16/08.

01-23-2008 = Consulate gets file; outdated Packet 4 mailed to fiancee 1/27/08; rec'd 3/3/08.

04-29-2008 = Fiancee's 4-min. consular interview, 8:30 a.m.; much evidence brought but not allowed to be presented (consul: "More proof! Second interview! Bring your fiance!").

05-05-2008 = Infuriating $12 call to non-English-speaking consulate appointment-setter.

05-06-2008 = Better $12 call to English-speaker; "joint" interview date 6/30/08 (my selection).

06-30-2008 = Stokes Interrogations w/Ecuadorian (not USC); "wait 2 weeks; we'll mail her."

07-2008 = Daily calls to DOS: "currently processing"; 8/05 = Phoned consulate, got Section Chief; wrote him.

Fever of 101.5 and 102.5 was told to call the doctors if it went over 100. Why don't they listen to me when I say I got strep I'm right. When a person gets it 6 times a year I think they know better then a fast test that has too many false neg.
