Steve, I heard your favorite mayor may have some competition from someone who hasn't lived in the city and moved to Chappaqua from Arkansas just to run for the senate seat.

I got a sore throat starting last night too, all the yucks to that.

Doctor Google informs me that sore throat coupled with neck pain means I've got meningitis.

It wouldn't surprise me  Preet Bharara (former US attorney) will be the next mayor.

So, this morning, after I left for the office, another a hole felt that he can park in my private spot. I had it ticketed. He moves, then 3 minutes later, another a hole parks there.

It was never like this before all  fooks moved into the hood.

So, do I absolutely hate illegals?

Yes, I do.

And I had a ###### garbage can in the middle of the spot! This a hole got out, moved my garbage can, and parked his car there.

This last one left his # on his windshield. Why would you do that? Because he knows he's blocking my driveway! But did it anyway.

In NYC, taxes are doubled for properties with driveways.

That's  why the 311 (non-emergency 911) system responds to blocked driveways in a hurry.

The cars are ticketed, towing companies are allowed to charge around 400 to tow the car, billable to the car owner, and collect the 135 for the summons issued on behalf of the city. 550 bucks for blocking a driveway, yet they do it all day long.

There are  plenty of  parking spots for rent around here for 3-500 a month. But the Fook-math don't add up...

Haha

I had some jerk park in my driveway rather then park in the church parking lot where they went. The gooph then dumped his ashtray in my yard too. I've also had members there think it's ok to sit on my raised flower beds and smoke. Needless to say they haven't done that in awhile and if they know better they won't do it again.

See you could have extorted him for half of the ticket and tow price.

Window of opportunity missed.
