I turn down scripts for anything stronger than ibuprofen, I honestly don't think that people who aren't fresh out of surgery or terminal need it, but that is a totally unscientific opinion.  It is so easy to get addicted to pain pills...

 

I'll probably eat my words later this week if they decide I need to remove the plate in my leg, then again, no amount of morphine helped with that pain.  I'm 90% sure that this line of doctor involvement is going to involve surgery, I'm trying to predict whether it is going to be knee or tibial, or if the gods would shine down some luck on me, it'll be an amputation.  All joking aside, I hate going to the doctor, it is the worst. 

acyclovir? I know, right? My husband is the most geeky, ''just one girl'' type of guy, not into one night stands at all.

The ex apparently was a different story. We keep it controlled by him taking the pills every day so I won't contract it.  Such is life. 

 

I'm not big on pills, I usually love advil and that's it, but occasionally something stronger is required. I have severe back pain/a back condition, which prevents me from moving. But you're right, it should be reserved mostly for extreme situations.

here traffic can get you stuck up to 2-3 hours per trip, which means some people spent up to 4-6 hours a day in traffic.

well not the shooting, because I don't like guns either.

Oh that sucks for him.  Good thing is that it is just cosmetic, right?

 

I suppose pretty much all of us are lucky by chance that it didn't happen to us.

It really does. The worst thing is she didn't tell him she had it, which I find pretty damn awful.

When he gets stressed and he isn't taking his pills he does have breakouts:  painful sores. 

And we are lucky indeed. I've never had an STD in my life and it's certainly a risk we are all exposed to.

It does worry us that I might contract it, but nothing we can do but be safe and continue with the pills
