and isn't that right? I'm happy we do live on a time were you don't usually die super young of something like, a cold.

Every week, a client tells me he/she got mugged and they got their cellphone stolen.

It's a sad reality that it became something so ''common'' that we just accept it. I don't even feel like going out or taking my iPhone with me because of that.

September I will be sick, it's the start of cold flue plus major allergies. He's just trying to get me into a free visit but I will be in well before that and it will count towards my Well visit and I won't need it then.

a month with a stuffy nose. I don't know what else to do at this point.

I miss breathing.

That occasionally happens to me, try a regimen of Flonase and ibuprofen until the infection has a chance to fully clear out.

there is no flonase in Mexico

my husband is bringing me some in a few weeks. for now i've only been using salt water rinses and vapor,

I know afrin makes it worse, but I wait 3-4 days and use a little since  it's preventing me from sleeping

That sucks, but I would trade you in a heart beat. I don't know when the last time I was able to breath through my nose. I mean really don't know when or if I ever did

Afrin is my last resort thing too.

 

Can you get something similar with a prescription?  I know I used to be prescribed a couple of things that were comparable - rhinocort, I mean really any nasal steroid will do.

I will definitely look into it,

good thing is many things here don't require a prescription, including strong pain killers like tramadol. So if anything i'll just drug myself until I forget?

Going to the movies frequently just on my own, I'm starting to enjoy it quite a lot. 

Especially since that the theater sells booze.

My throat is itchy and burning. My cough feels like it's trying to get into my chest

 

 I have 16 puffs on my inhaler left. All because the pharmacy didn't want to fill the one I had called in. They want to switch it because my insurance won't cover it(they aren't covering a lot of things now go figure).Guess what? I don't have drug coverage they won't cover it regardless If it's not ready by tomorrow they will be paying for my ER visit.

I need to make 16 puffs last till morning and that is not likely. I'm trying hard to not cough as so I won't wheeze  and need my inhaler.

 

What is the point of calling in my puffers days before I need them if they are going to pull this bull
