Since I started back on the pill despite being fixed, I really have pretty much no issues to complain about.  I dont flip out for a week, have 10 days of tampons and pads, nor am I doubled over in pain for 3 days.  Worst concern is random spotting and remembering to take the damn pill.  Lol.

 

My biggest issue right now is getting rid of this stubborn belly fat. 

 

Kiddo comes for visit on March 23. Turns 14 on March 21.  That means she can get a learners permit in her province.  Scary!

I'm spending tomorrow at a hospital while my uncle gets a new bladder made out of part of his intestine. Science. 

happy I get to see my dad since I don't see him often but sad because of what my uncle is going through, very mixed feelings

➺ 02/13/17 We got our NOA1! PD: February 8th 

➺ 12/15/17 NOA2 finally! after 10 1/2 months. 

➺ 12/21/17 NVC confirmed they received our file 

➺ 01/22/18 Documents sent to Rapidvisa 

➺ 02/05/18  NVC received our package 

➺ 03/15/18 Case complete! 

➺ 06/27/18  We got our Interview date! August 28th 

➺ 08/30/18 The package arrived (waited at Juarez)

➺ 08/31/18 Entered the U.S with my husband 

➺ 02/13/19 Husband confesses he cheated, leaves

➺ 02/16/19 Husband decides to abandon the marriage

➺ 05/13/19  I am officially divorced. 

 ➺ 07/03/20  I file to remove conditions on my own     

 ➺ 08/13/21 I finally get my biometrics appointment 

➺ 02/26/22 I got my interview assigned: March 31st.

I'm turning 32 in march 23d! 

wow 10 days of tampons and pads and that much pain, I'm glad you don't have to go through that anymore. 

I stopped using the pill because I was in a sexless marriage (hah) and I was gaining weight. Now I'm in a LDR so there's no point in even shaving my legs, let alone get on the pill.

 ugh belly fat is the worst, but not as bad as on my thighs *fallopian chats*

And this is why we, or rather I, use a diaphragm.  My obgyn had never even seen one before I showed him mine, lol!

Thigh fat is easier to lose than the belly fat.  20lbs later mostly i have middle area fat to get rid of.  I still want to drop my bf% by 3% more too.  I just started a strength training routine with less reps and way heavier weights.  Its 8 weeks of this and a cutting diet to see how it goes.  I prolly need more cardio than i am doing though. But i am sore most days from the muscle building.  Eating this much protein is hard though!

Meal planning, shopping and making tomorrow! Plus our new bed arrives! Google purple bed.

I find thigh fat to be harder than belly, but it's my anatomy. My mom is half cuban and I don't have much of a belly, but big legs/butt/hips. ugh
