horrible menstrual cramps. They abruptly woke me up at 5 AM and I had to rush to wash my sheets and shorts  before they were stained forever,

the joys of being a lady.

I don't even bother with umbrellas here anymore ... the wind is so strong that it just turns them all inside out.

You and I are cycle buddies.  Mine started today too!  It is my shortest cycle off metformin in years just from cutting most of the sugar I had been eating out of my diet.

 

I don't get the staining thing, though.  I've heard other women talk about throwing out clothes and stuff, but I've never not been able to get stains out.  I even use cloth pads for some of my cycle and they don't stain either.
