How big are the chicks now? In about 90 days, they'll be ready for hillbilly's smoker...

Not very big yet. They are just starting to molt. I'm interested in finding out if they are what they said they should be. Oh if any are Rooster or meat hens they may find their way to the smoker. I need a ride to Hot Springs if you're headed that way :P I found some silkies and want to go get them.

Oh tomorrow is daughters court case about her disability claim. Fingers crossed she get it.

I worked all my life so I can eat a chicken roasted on a fire pit that I built on my own property, now I don't get to eat chicken.

See? I shoulda stayed single.

Tell your kids, if you go to school, go to work, and stay single, it's all you can eat chicken.

#### yeah baby!

Says here...a chick can be fattened for slaughter in as little as 30 days...

Yum yum!

It's better when they are fatten up a bit longer close to 4 month or later gives them better taste.

Yes they are planning a December wedding. No clue what kind of wedding they are having, but she comes from a very wealthy family so I would think it's going to be big.

No little hillbillies yet and not sure they will anytime soon.
