So what's the difference, huh and duh man?

You dum ...everyone knows that when you buy a  company as an acquisition, you buy the whole operation of the company and you keep operating it.

When you buy it in an auction, you're buying the stock and assets, you take it apart and liquidate it.

Business 101.

Go back to skool.

I've seen that. Ppl also just use a dog harness on them and take them for a walk.

I don't think I would be allowed to do that in the city limits. They have it so they must be caged at all times. :(

If I were you, I'd organize a political movement in protest of these chicken rules.

Hold massive rallies and protests. And some looting...break in to the bait store or something.

Then I can buy it again if I really need it.  The square footage in my house is worth more than random items that I might one day use.

Oh man, no notice or anything? That sucks in a major way :(

they did send them a notice, but I was traveling and the same night I came back they just said ''well whoops you have one week to find a new place''

No point of even wasting energy getting mad now, I'm hopefully getting a new place today and I realized three more months in the city is all I need

Today it's my 4 monthiversary with my husband. Four months married and it just feels like a regular day,

since we have to be away due to the beautiful immigration process.

I keep trying to remain calm, but the poopstorm I'm dealing with right now is not helping.

good thing is I'll see him again in over two weeks, my first trip to Canada. Silver Lining

Gracias! I certainly need it.

By the way we are thinking of going to Colombia sometime this year :D hopefully

We won't get to Colombia again until around December, but we always enjoy whenever we go. We might meet some friends from North Carolina in Cartagena for a long New Year's Holiday weekend. The girls plan on going shopping while the guys go snorkeling or deep sea fishing. Gonna be expensive for both activities.

So rant of the day: my mother asks us to look at this house that was put on the market a few days ago.  I triple dipple check with her that she is actually serious and not just doing her usual hobby of looking at houses - she assures me that she is serious.  So, we go and look.

Oh she was serious, serious about us having that house because it was about 800 sqft plus a usable attic bigger and she wanted a room to stay in.  It would no problem because she'd just pay the difference in houses.

Except.... we don't have the money to fix up that house and we don't have the money to spend like 4x as much on utilities and twice as much on taxes.  Wasting time again.
