Homemade burgers are a totally different beast than a whopper from burger king.  My homemade burgers WITH bun and a slice of cheese is 350 calories only 12g of which are fat.  Yours are 677 calories and 37 grams of fat and enough sodium for your daily intake.  You eat TWO at a time PLUS other meals.  So just your whoppers are 1354 calories and 74g of fat.  Thankfully it's not all saturated fat or trans fat.  It's still over 1800mg of sodium... just in one meal.  And if you had fries and a large soda... Well its a good thing you pay for health insurance.

 

In total my daily intake is about 1440 calories and 30g of fat.  Whopper would make me puke.

She's already called to tell me they are sending her home. New addition, something called Home Health Care. I've no idea what that means, and she can't tell me.

 

It will be a while, I have only just woken up. Long stormy night, and at 0130 we had to go and sit for half an hour in the hidey hole, there was a radar indicated rotation not far at all from here. Crappy night's sleep just with all the thunder. There is one tree down next door, but it fell on the lawn, which was good luck for them.

Speaking of homemade food, I made breakfast twice this weekend. Not bragging or anything, just saying it doesn't happen that often. The Colombiana threatens to retaliate by making arepas soon. Yumm.

This nanny is getting really useless. 

I'm swamped with the older kid among other stuff

Turtle was walking around with a glass bowl in hand. She's asking her to hand it over and she won't, and so she gives up and lets her walk around with it. 

She's better off sitting down and do nothing and shut up. Because her Lloyd voice annoys the heck outta me.

It turns out to be someone who is coming to the house, at some unknown date, so see if she needs stuff like a walker, or a lift chair, bits for the house. Nothing at all do do with any care.

But that's what I'm talking about. Your state will pay you to be this person. And you don't have to be trained.
