affidavit of support for spouse already in USA.

My cousin got married to her spouse before his visiting visa expires in four months, his wife is confused as her income for the year 2016 is less than $5,000 which is not enough to meet the income requirement for processing affidavit of support. I have a family member who earns $95,000 for a family of 3. Is it possible to use my Uncle income to meet the required support income bracket?

Yes. He needs to also supply an I-864 form along with all financial documentation stating he is the joint sponsor. He is well above the guidelines for a family of 5(to include your cousin and her spouse)
