Hi Bobby,

I think you're talking about my fiancée Kathy as the other person who got approved. She had her interview yesterday as well. She mentioned that she had a chat with someone who was also VJ member during the process and if I remembered correctly, I think she told me the name was Bobby, and yes she got approved too! Congratulations to you and your partner and best of luck to everyone who's still waiting.

Yep! Kath's really nice and easy to talk to. It made me less nervous about the process. Congratulations to you guys as well! ^^

those who have recently had interviews -

Were you asked for any evidence of ongoing relationship?  Photos? Screenshots? Call records etc?  It doesn't ask me anywhere on infor from the embassy for this info - wondering whether I need to pull something together.  Interview Friday - I have to fly to London tomorrow

They might be asked. I brought all of the aforementioned stuff for my interview. Turns out the officer that handled our case didn't deem it necessary to look at the evidence but you should definitely bring it with you when the need arises. Mine were, Facetime logs, some Google Hangouts chat that were archived, photos of when Anthony visited, and the letters and greeting cards we've been sending to each other.

Good luck on Friday!

Nothing comes to mind off-hand. I see 284 Nov. cases still untouched out of about 4,000 accepted cases, which is about a 93% coverage. It seems that they get through the vast majority of cases but there's always stragglers...no idea why. USCIS officers? Random background check delays? I really don't know what causes a case to take an abnormal amount of time.

The question pertains to those traveling "under the Visa" with you, such as children.  This does not pertain to your US citizen fiance as he is not traveling "under the Visa".  He is returning to the US under his own US Passport.

So the answer to that question is "No".

For those who have filled out their ds 160 form, for the question about other persons traveling with you do you answer yes if your traveling back to the states with your fiancé? If so, what option did you choose under relationship because it doesn't have 'finance' as a choice.

I think this means people who are travelling with you on your visa (children?) I don't think it means people who are keeping you company on the trip.

Thank you :)  That's a good idea to take cards etc - I can take the envelope from my valentine's card as it has a date stamp on it. I  have printed a couple of photos from Christmas, my call log for the past two weeks and a couple of whatsapp messages with last week's dates on them.  I also have copies of everything we sent with the i129f - so we should be grand!  Thank you! x
