I just checked the DHL website - its possible I am not doing it correctly but according to my search, the NVC hasnt shipped ANY packets to ANY consulates or embassies since March 10th.

Come on NVC, get with it!! The CEAC says "in transit" but they mean "still here, actually"

Think in transit just means that it is ready to be picked up, but DHL doesnt have it in system before ... so I would assume its all ok as no one knows how often packets are picked up there

Just when I'd managed to limit my stalking of the app, igors list, November and December group, they hit the December filers!

And the app before us was approved last night...really hope it's ours tonight or even this week, now the anxiety is kicking lol.

sent Dec 9th

recieved date Dec 13th (91 days)

noa1 Dec 17th (Saturday, 87 days)

good luck to us all!! the next step to getting back to our loved ones is on the horizon!!

USCIS has received the documents requested in my RFE. Do you guys know how long they will take to review my info? My fiancé needed to submit an updated letter of intent.

Thanks.

AkesAngel,

I think something is off with your November numbers.  You stated there is only one case left for 11/22 when I believe Geo's numbers are accurate.  Even plugging in some sequential confirmations manually results in plenty of applications received on 11/22 still having no progress of either RFE or Approval.  For some reason that particular day appears to be backlogged.  Anyhow - just some feedback as maybe something is off in a script.

We are an 11/22 ourselves and it is a bummer deal to see them move onto December with 50+ cases sitting there for 11/22.

-MP

Our case was received on 11/22/2016 as well. We are still waiting for an NOA2. ? Yes, truly a bummer deal @MaxProphet

Once USCIS acknowledges receipt ("Response to Request for Additional Evidence received", I think, it it currently taking a week on average. Some take a few days, and others weeks. It all depends on the nature of the RFE and if there's additional processing still needed.

I'm going to go ahead and assume that in the midst of 4,058 cases that I am not the only porcelain, slightly SA tan beauty who will one day have a different kind of beautiful babies...and ask a few questions.  I've dated outside my race before, but I've never married before.  Are there decisions you are making before he or she arrives (mostly speaking to the she petitioners intending to marry a he beneficiary)?  By that I mean, I live in America, and at the end of the day this is still south, so I think about things and ask questions.  Will I always need to be the one driving at night?  How important is it that he never tells anyone at work where we live?  If I want to raise our children without sharing walls (apartment), should I buy a house now by myself, because renting will be too hard with him in the picture, because friends of mine tell me I could be rejected based on the color of his skin?  How long must we live at the address I wrote (my address) on every document?  Is it just until we marry or until adjustment of status?  My lease for my car is almost up, should I keep it and keep paying it off knowing as soon as we are able, I want to be home raising our family?  We don't plan to wait to have children, and I do intend to work one more year if I must.  I don't mean for these questions to be taken any other way than from the heart of a woman who loves her husband to be :) Is there anything else I should be thinking about regarding race?  Decisions we can make together, but actions I should take alone?  Ideally, we want to live in peace, but though this is not Africa, it is not always a peaceful America.

Oh my goodness... this post made me so sad.  We shouldn't have to ask these questions - but clearly we still need to.  I'm sorry I can't help with any answers - but wish you both much love - and peace - to live your lives together xx

Well, it's been 120 days and Im still going no where, mine is Nov 14, I dont think calling the CSC this time is a good choice because I still see lots of cases in Nov havent got approval yet. My fiance told me, in a month if he got some of the bills, he would rather to pay off the big amount of the money first, then he would pay a small money later. So it happens exactly with the CSC right now, we have so much December cases and November cases are going down, I think thats why they put Novembers aside and focus on Dec :( Just dont know how long we have to wait. I want to be with my fiance as soon as possible because once I move there, I have to start all over again, do paperworks, find a job, save money...

Chi! I called the USCIS 3 weeks ago (on a Friday) and they said they JUST changed the processing date to September 15th. Last week I checked the website again (on a Friday, I think) and they changed it to October 15th. Hopefully the pattern sticks, and within a few weeks they will change the date to November 15th and we will be able to call for updates on our cases.
