Where would you add those term of use? In the addendum to 34a, making it a 2-3 page long letter, or in a seperate... addendum... to an addendum...?

I would just include a reference to it on the cover letter, and say something like "The Tinder Terms Of Service are enclosed." in your existing addendum.

Ok, this was our original addendum to 34a. What should I change? Should I add actual specific dates?

Screen Shot 2017-03-11 at 22.24.59.png

I structured ours like a timeline with specific dates.  I also talked about when we met each others' families (not a requirement, but I thought it would be nice for them to see that we had met the important people in each others' lives).  I called it something like "Timeline of Relationship" and put it under the statement of how we met.  I put the dates that we spent time with my parents, how we traveled together to visit his sister and her family, how we traveled to see his parents and attending his grandfather's birthday party, etc.  I also put important info like the date and location where we got engaged.  I also added that I was going to visit him in December.  I don't know how necessary all of those details were, but it was a nice one-page, comprehensive summary of our relationship.  I think I got the idea from VJ (if it wasn't here, it was from another website).

I have my interview on Friday.  I don't have Aaron's tax transcripts.  I have his 2016 W-2, a letter from his employer, a letter from his bank and recent bank statements.  As I understand it, the requirments vary from embassy to embassy - London seems to only require one proof of income as supporting evidence for the i-130 - and in the embassy reviews on VJ, even when the embassy asks for tax transcripts, they accept any other evidence of income instead.  I recommend reading the embassy reviews to find out what other filers have said in terms of their experience in Canada.  I have fretted a few times over various pieces of evidence only to discover I don't need them.

Deep breaths :) this is the good bit - another step! xx

Thank you for reminding me to breathe. :)  I'm terrified that somehow we will show up to the interview without a vitally important document.  This forum has been very helpful for reducing my stress levels.

Just 23 more days until 5 months of waiting for an Noa2...

Today was particularly difficult for me. My fiancé and I haven't spent  more than 2 weeks since July and this wait is killing me. I just wish we could get our noa2 and be on our way.

Ive kind of just slipped into this "cruise mode" as I like to call it where I just wake up go to work, come home sit around, talk with fiancée and then go to sleep. Very mundane but it keeps me from thinking about the visa and all the time we've had to spend apart.

The weekends though are particularly difficult. I do try to keep myself busy (today I painted the bathroom a new color) but mentally there's only so much distracting I can do before reality creeps up on me again.

I just hope either that this time passes by faster than it has or that we get our noa2 soon. I'm so done with waiting. ?

If you got accepted than there is nothing to worry about. I would make sure that your fiancee got all paperwork about the website on her Interview, just in case.

Your petitioner should send his updated letter of intent, affidavit of support, his tax transcripts, payslips, W2s and whatever kind of document he has in relation to proving that he can support you financially. Although during my interview i was not asked to show them but I think its always better to be ready for this kind of circumstance

I hope this helps

Your petitioner should send his updated letter of intent, affidavit of support, his tax transcripts, payslips, W2s and whatever kind of document he has in relation to proving that he can support you financially. Although during my interview i was not asked to show them but I think its always better to be ready for this kind of circumstance

I hope this helps
