Hi Tann. Your timeline says your NOA1 was in June 2016. Is that correct info?

Request you to please update your timeline so you and Vj can get better estimates of timelines

Oh so sorry to hear that. For a moment i really thought you forgot to update your timeline. 

Its high time you call uscis every single day now till you find a satisfactory response. Their threshhold max time is 5 months i.e. 150 days! 

You should even try for some diplomat pressure if poss...

I received an RFE stating that my fiance's (the beneficiary) letter of intent was not included.  I'm certain that it was in my package, but nonetheless they want it.

 

Will USCIS accept a PDF version of this document or should I have mail one to me?

Yes thank you. We did it already. Still wait.

Went to the interview on March 6th. Approved! Now just waiting for visa to arrive. Status already changed to issued on the 7th.

Congrats mountainsea!!!! I am so happy that all of us november filer are getting their visa approve. Soon we will share our story and be with our love one!!!!

Here someone from NOA1 on 25th November...and waiting. I am kinda scared seeing someone who's back to June and got no answer even though my case it's an extremely easy one.

Just checked the app today got approved 6 mar 2017 thanks @geowrian for posting the updates last week i am a december flier but they received it on december first so I do thank everybody in the november fliers for the updates.
