Well, I am returning with the BEST news -- NVC just "found" our petition!!!!!

I have to wonder how they magically find it after 32 days, several email inquiries and a bunch of phone calls all within a few days.

But, I digress... :) Feeling very elated!  Thanks for all your helpful and kind words while we panicked, guys.

Omg great for you!! Did they tell you it was lost?

LOL, no they did not admit that!  "Lost" was my word, but it felt like that must be what was going on.  Or, just sitting in a pile on someone's desk.

You have waited this long a few more days won't kill you ?. Probably something really minor and seems like a fairly quick turnaround once you send it back to them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We have in receipt of an approved I-129F on your behalf of your fiancé(e), A, Amalia A, from the National Visa Center.  Please read and follow the attached instructions very carefully.  The case is filed under your fiancé(e)’s name and case number as shown below.  When communicating with this office, please provide your fiancé name and case number exactly as shown below.

1.       DS-160 online visa application form

2.       Photo Instructions

3.       List of Panel Physicians

4.       The Form I-134 Affidavit of Support

Another thing , not sure why they are asking for I134 ,that was submitted with application so they supposed to have it with rest of documents.

Are u applying for k1 visa? I-134 is turned in at the embassy when foreign fiancee goes for interview. The officer may or may not ask for it. If u already submitted, don't worry about it. That email must b just a generic information. Just take copy to interview.

The email should b ur copy of packet 3 then ?
