You may be clicking on wrong visa page, there is immigrant and nonimmigrant.

Really I'm happy they looked already at my file I called my immigration lawyer so they will be receiving the same letter as I get I hope it's something small for us!??

That was what happened to me. My case status said READY for a few days but I couldn't schedule anything under K1 Visa Nonimmigrant (Blue/purple page). I scheduled my appointments under Immigrant, the green page. Although K1 is nonimmigrant visa, they do have Immigrant intent.

Im clicking on the immigrant page. I even called the embassy but the just told me it was a system error :(

Can you please send me the link to the page you used to schedule your appointment? Just to double check it's the same one I'm using. I'm doing it at the page the Embassy told me to.

Hi, I am wondering if anyone can help me with this?

 

heres my situation: my fiancé left school and joined the military since march 2016. His w2 for last year for the military is under the poverty line. However, he has another w2 from last year from his previous part time job. Combing this 2 w2 together, he barely passes the poverty line. (Like a couple hundred bucks) His annual income in the military however should be well above the poverty line and he can get his 6 LES and employment letter etc.

 

My concern is, will we need a co sponsor? Thanks in advance!!

Approved, Approved, Approved!!!!! I checked it even though I haven't received a text or email and to be quite honest just to kill time until Geo's update. I actually logged out and logged back in just to make sure I didn't read it incorrectly. I am so stoked. How in the heck am I supposed to go to sleep now and get up at 04:00?  My mind is racing about what I do next. I've already updated my time line on here. I hope a whole boat load get their approvals today!
