Everyone hello! I just want to know what is the time frame you guys have to wait before u get ur NVC number? I got Approve Feb 13 and today its already march 1. Can someone tell me how long do i have to wait? Ive been calling everyday but i always get the beautiful answer of 6 weeks...hahahhaha

November filers like me..kindly answer. Thank you!

It was averaging about two weeks recently. You should get an answer soon when you call. Just saw that you have been calling. They were about to go on strike last Thursday but I have not seen any news on whether the union resolved to dispute over pay raises or not.

So sorry that you had to wait this long... Must be frustrating. 87 days for me and I already feel like I couldn't wait any longer.

Thank you! Yes it is so frustrating I try to stay positive about it and remember this is the last time we have to spend time apart but not being together since July and then having this wait is killing me!!!

Congrats! Thanks for the update on the time to get visa on hand.

I am flying to Manila day after tomorrow to attend my fiancées interview first of next week. Was wondering how fast they were being received at MOA.

Mountainsea! Haven't seen you on here in a while. Good to know how quickly folks are being processed (even though I know that at the embassy or consulate stage it varies from country to country) - your NOA-2 was only two weeks before ours and this gives me so much hope. Have such an excellent journey and best wishes for her interview. You both deserve the reward of that visa after this long wait!

NOTE: 10/20 finally cleared! No more untouched cases prior to 10/31.

Lots of work today. Most of the "Others" are Response to RFE received.

Are you able to see how far into December they have touched applications thus far?

Click on 'Reveal hidden contents' in geo's post and you will see they touched 34 December cases today and how many remain untouched (at least thru 12/14...dunno if geo plans to continue screening cases after that date).

Ah, thank you...  so the numbers next to the dates, does that tell you how many cases they received for that particular date?

Yes, it is the number of petitions received on a date if it is for a future date where they have not yet begun reviewing the petitions.  You will notice for the older dates that the numbers are much lower, indicating the number of remaining petitions to process.  So, at a glance, from 10/31 thru 12/14 there are roughly 2400 cases still pending decisions.

I plan to continue until Dec. is mostly completed or until it's April (whichever comes first). After that, I'm hoping at least one of the people I passed along the code and instructions to continues the process for January filers.

Geo,  thank you very much for your dedication.  Your daily updates give those of us who are waiting resolution, tangible statics to follow and help us see some logic in the madness.

Thank you
