Hi!

Yesterday my visa application status changed to "In Transit", but I'm trying to track the package in the DHL web page and it doesn't appear any package with destination to Venezuela. What can be happening? :( Am I doing something wrong?

Well I found at the DHL tracking tool that NVC sent a package to Venezuela on Wed 02/22. Hope its mine. Do you guys think that maybe they send the package on Wednesday 02/22 but the just update the status yesterday 02/23? It's the only explanation I can think of

Guys I have a question as you are talking about flight tickets, and I see that the thread is very active and a lot of smart users are here. I am February filer (beneficiary) and I was in US when we send our petition to Uscis, but now I am back to my country. We filled the part of I-129F Form, which asked for my I-94 number and claimed that I am currently is US, which was truth because I was at the moment of filing. But they probably wont look at the petition until later, so my question is if we should send them my boarding passes as a proof that I left USA? Can that be a reason to RFE? Because my visa was valid until Feb25 and I came back on Feb20 so they may think I am still there, or maybe they can just check online by my I-94 number and check that I left already? What you think?

It shouldn't matter. Whether you are in the US or not when they get to it shouldn't affect their processing. You answered the form correctly as of the time it was filed, so that should be fine.

Idk yet.... We will know when letter arrives at home

At least your case is on someone's desk. I am at 104 days and that "dreadful" Received is still there.

Hope it is going to be some light on your part. Let us know what the RFE is about when you have the chance.

Thank you guys for all the support, fro I initially sent my plane ticket from my last visit in November but I have created a packet this time, which includes, 39 photos of us together, my copy of passport pages, ticket receipt, a letter from both my fiancé and I.explaining further how we met and the circumstances.. hopefully that works. Is it okay to highlight stuff or nah??

Cool. Is there anything else you have besides photos? Photos are still secondary evidence. Yes, Highlighting and sticky notes are permitted to point out things. Also be sure to include a label on every photo: Date, location, who is in it, and a description.

Amma send the packet back express with tracking what's the average time after the recieve the RFE for an answer?? I think this is gonna take even long because they have been dishing out so many RFEs.

Last time I checked the data I compiled, it was about a week after they acknowledge receipt.
