If I *only* count November, I see roughly 1450 untouched cases. Keep in mind there's been a lot of RFEs lately, but generally we've been seeing the "untouched" count down by around 100 per day (sometimes well less, sometimes well more).

Most RFEs, once received by USCIS, only take a week or so (sometimes less) to be adjudicated. Date for what?

I dont get this... they supposedly dont work on a holiday and then send all RFEs ?

They do this sometime...people work overtime or just put in hours over the weekend. There's rarely approvals on those types of events. I would expect the approvals to go through later today. My guess is they can't just approve and somebody has to sign off first?

Date for my wedding lol.. and I can plan with all these unpredictable timing.. did anyone notice all the USCIS processing times changed to July 28,2016.

Ah, okay. Yeah, we're trying to figure out some of that stuff as well. But it's still way too premature for us to pick even a month. Anything can pop up until the visa is in hand (RFEs, AP, Executive Orders, lost forms, mistakes on the printing of the visa, etc.).

 

Yes. They mistakenly set every form for every service center to July 28th, 2016 as of Friday's update.

I am referring to  @geowrian reports, members on VJ, in this forum, who has been updating their timeline and the USCIS case app for android. A combination of them all supports the fact that November cases are being worked!!!!! God Bless @geowrian and everyone for updating their timelines after receiving the NOA2. We finally have consistent momentum.

Well today is Day 107 since NOA 1.

3 day weekend which means no processing on Mondy

 

Noon here so I ran the USCIS app.

I show only 8 cases left out of over 350

from 10/31 receipt date.

 

 Petition Approved 

 

15 weeks and 2 days for our NOA 2

 

Congrats to all the recent approvals and NVC activity.

 

We already have an appointment for CFO next week which is specific to Philippines.

 

Hang on for others still waiting doubtful you will have to wait 107 days.

Yay Jim!

I had to find out what happened to you!  So happy for you. =)

I'm still waiting for NVC case number.  Am going to call today.  (I was away on vacation too - though not to fiance.)  I'm back now so need to get back on track!

Did the petitioner receive a letter/email from NVC - and how long did this take to reach the petitioner after the case was recieved at NVC?

 

(I need a copy of it for my medical appointment - and hoping Aaron will be able to scan it and email it in time)
