It doesn't need to be signed and sent via mail. The signed form can be scanned and then printed. Nobody has received an RFE for using a print of a signed G-325A or letter of intent to marry. If they really needed it, it can be signed in person at the interview.

Really?? U sure am having hear palpitations... lol I can't we literally send each other letters just for fun and it takes over four weeks.. we'll if signed and scanned is fine then that's no worries.... u sure though?? Does that mean I can sleep tonight?? Lol because I was just about to buy a plane ticket to go in April but now I think I'll wait for his interview so I can go... they won't let me in but I can still be supportive..

Yeah. This question pops up on VJ regularly. I used a print of those forms myself. While the exact wording on the forms implies it needs to be an original "wet" signature, what they're really looking for is that the original document was signed. Anyway, please do a search on VJ and you'll see the same answer from many others regularly. You're fine. :)

Hello all,

Do we have a tracker for this thread for all the Nov 2016 filers? I know when I was going through the N-400 process that we maintained a tracker post that got updated by the users as soon as they received their updates. Do we not have one for the K1 2016 filers? It would help to see how everyones' timeline are progressing in relation to each other.

Sorry for jumping in to this one kinda late and asking questions that may already have been answered. I tried to keep up with the original thread but there were so many updates every day it was hard to keep track.
