Okay so finally found the second part to this thread my phone as been acting up... I'll try to catch up but I though I give u guys some hope.. my case app sent me a notification today that an RFE has been mail.. and u know am darn happy.. at least I know it's on someone's desk.. idk what time to put on my timeline so I'll wait for the letter.. hope y'all.. HOPE... Please pray for me.. thank you all for the support and I will be sticking around

11/08/2018                 InfoPass appointment to inquire about green card.  Learned that our file had been moved to the
                                       storage room for approved cases, but had not been marked "approved" in the computer system.

11/16/2018                 Online case status changed to "approved" (44 days after AOS interview)

11/21/2018                 Green card was mailed

11/24/2018                 Green card arrived!!!!!  (526 days after applying for AOS)

The beneficiary must sign their G-325A and their letter of intent to marry. The petitioner must also sign their own G-325A and letter of intent to marry. So it sounds like that's the issue there. Simple fix. :)

No it's not and easy fix.. :( u know how long mail takes to get here .. we write each other letters and it's takes and eternity!!

It doesn't need to be signed and sent via mail. The signed form can be scanned and then printed. Nobody has received an RFE for using a print of a signed G-325A or letter of intent to marry. If they really needed it, it can be signed in person at the interview.
