Hello everyone,

 

I've been following the January 2017 thread as well and one thing I've been noticing with them is that they are receiving their NO2 in the mail but its still showing the status as received on the tracker. Hopefully that is the case for the rest of you that is waiting.

I hope no one here is still just waiting. USCIS processing times updated yesterday to December 15th, so everyone not hearing from then as today should be making an inquiry and getting answers.

Hi all, I'm currently in the process of filling out the DS-160 form, and it's asking that I list all travel to the United States.

 

Am I listing travel since the beginning of my relationship with my fiance to see him, or ALL travel (which is a lot, I may not be able to remember it all)?

All travel. Try to find out all the dates the best you can.

Yikes, there are a lot of 8 hour trips to Buffalo. Let's see if I can remember them all.

No problem. If they were land crossings, then there's a lot of leeway since you're Canadian.

 

You can also try to look up your I-94s: https://i94.cbp.dhs.gov/I94/#/home

It won't include any crossings where they didn't check your passport, but it may help.

The last time anyone from Nov 3rd had an approval was essentially around the same time that Geo stopped doing his daily updates... 

I am so over this situation. April 21st is when they received our RFE and we are still waiting! Contacted congressperson and the response USCIS gave was give 30 - 45 days which takes us into late June before I can contact the congressperson again.

14 cases pending still, 5 of these cases have RFEs (ours was the first of the 14 to get an RFE along with 1 other case, and we responded first to RFE) the other 9 haven't been touched at all.

I know, really sorry for you. I hope you get the approval soon. But at least you got a RFE. I mostly meant people not hearing anything at all from them.

Someone from the Jan thread who hasn't got their NOA2 yet tried calling NVC, and it turned out that their case is at the embassy already, ready for the interview. Maybe you should try the same.

Fingers crossed you get an update soon on the RFE. A long time to be waiting for your NOA2.

 

Were your required to send in more supporting evidence? Or was there a mistake on the form?

so on the noa2 when it says it was forwarded to the listed consulate does it still go through the nvc?im looking at a noa2 from one of my friends and mine looks so different

I fell you, that sucks. I wonder there are only a few Nov cases left and why dont they try to touch them and finish the November first. Dont give up my friend, soon you will get approval then you guys can celebrate together
