Hey everyone! Got our case number today from the NVC. Called them at 7am. O_____O

 

Need to prepare all the paperworks and schedule the interview and medical and then wait for the letter to arrive in the Manila embassy.

 

Things are moving. I hope everyone else's as well!

As there is no rhyme or reason to how these case dates are worked, everyone will have their day to cry tears of joy and do a victory dance. Meanwhile, I am continuously encouraged and excited when I see members of this group get APPROVED. CONGRATZ to everyone aboard who has been approved thus far. May the rest of the journey be met blessed with great success.

Hey everyone, I finally received my case# from NVC!!!

 

It was received the 15th at NVC. I called yesterday morning and it wasn't in the system yet, then this afternoon I called again and I was told that is was entered

yesterday afternoon. It must of been after I called yesterday morning! NVC told me my fiancée will receive the official letter that he will need to take to his interview  at the embassy. I also asked if it would be sent to correct embassy, since on the petition I wrote down Guadalajara instead of Juarez embassy by confusion.  So if you write down wrong embassy on the petition, no worries, no big deal. NVC will select the correct one.

Now I'm confused, NVC told me today that my fiancée needs to wait for the NVC letter before scheduling his medical and the interview. Is this correct?

Called NVC about 4PM was on hold for less than 10 min application send to embassy, dos anyone have a link to track  its way there?

I am a December filer. I check the processing times monthly and as of today every service center is listed as July 28, 2016 as of December 31, 2016? Can anyone explain this to me? It's discouraging to see it go from August 2016 to this on the USCIS site and simultaneously encouraging to hear so many late November cases are being approved, and talk of December being as soon as next week.

I think it's a mistake. Every date for every form shows July 28th.

If its  still at NVC you can see if its been mailed to your embassy. I'm not sure after that point. I think you can check on the website from your embassy.

Thanks, been told that application was send to embassy already, did not get chance to ask for anything more, tried that  link before and dos not work for me?? Was given two numbers one long one short.

THink beneficiary need,s to get online and send in DS 160 form to embassy ( think that's the form number check on it )

I went online today on NVC and entered the case# given and it doesn't bring up anything either. It doesnt even say its still at NVC or sent to Embassy. I wonder since it was just issued yesterday that it won't show any case status and it hasbt  been updated onlin yet.
