It took about a day they signed for it on the 13th then they updated our app to say on the 14th we received your response to RFE. Which was last Friday. :)

Hopefully soon you will hear something. I just sent ours back on Thursday, overnighted it, so it got there on Friday and they changed it to received on Friday as well. Hoping we also hear something soon! We are a early November filer, so your not alone on being ready for this to be over! :)

Thank you!! Wow early November well I really hope for a speedy response for both of us. I think unless someone sees this and corrects me the average for uscis response for RFE approval is around 7-14 days so 🤞.

i guess the positive is its a step forward by getting the RFE and replying as sadly some apps for November and December have not been touched.

Dos any one know if the Philippine orientation CFO before departure is also in other country's? Shes Filipino living in Taiwan?

The CFO stamp is only needed if flying out from the Philippines.

Edit: To clarify, if she leaves from Taiwan to the US, she won't need the CFO stamp. If she flies out from the Philippines to Taiwan (even if the K-1 visa was obtained in Taiwan), then she needs the CFO stamp. So you should be fine. :)

I wonder, is there a point in which you can call them after a certain number of weeks after they receive your RFE
@geowrian do you know? I've heard something about 6 weeks... am I correct?
