You'll be posting then today the update of this week? I just tend to check it every Friday night/Saturday morning haha

I am super happy for you IIaz, I am happy that even if it's an RFE that you got news and to know that your case is there, someone look at it. I am still desperate, no news..130 plus days if not 140 already..

Aww... I know getting RFE sucks, but Im happy for you my dear that your case were touched. Dont worry, they may approve yours about 1~2 weeks after receiving your respond. it wont take that long. Do you have any ideas what RFE is about?

I really hope that it is a couple of weeks after receiving the response. I have a feeling that it may be either they want the actual divorce certificate for my fiancee's divorce (I sent the certified court document signed by the judge, professionally translated), which will be kind of interesting because Chile does not have divorce certificates, they only have marriage certificates with divorce dates printed at the bottom of them (which will lead me to sending a letter with the certificate) or it may be because I forgot to put the divorce date for him on his G325.

Thank you for your continued support Chi, you've really been so sweet and it been so nice to have you to lean on when times were rough.

156 days and FINALLY our case has been touched... although we did get an RFE, I am SO HAPPY that the case has not been lost.

Now... once I send the RFE back to them, how long do they have to look over my RFE? Or about how long does it take?

It was about time! at least some news! I am glad for you :)
