Gray area if prints of the I-134 are allowed due to the signature. They may accept it, but they may not. The use of the I-864 was very recently changed (days/week ago) to accept printed versions of the signed document, but nothing was addressed specifically with the I-134 yet.

That's likely for the best until somebody has the...guts...to test it with the I-134. ;)

@geowrian can I date everything on the I-134 for today April 7th or should it he date it for his interview date? As for the transcript there were 3 options for me. Is it the tax record? Some choices are 1-2 pages long and the other were 4-6.

The forms should be filled out completely and honestly, so use the date that you sign the forms. It's been a while since I've pulled transcripts, but it was the first one after choosing "Immigration" from the drop-down. The document itself says "Tax Return Transcript" at the top (below the IRS and filing headers). My returns have been pretty simple and have all been 1-2 pages long (no dependents).

Hey guys, I've got a quick question on the packet 3, packet 4 thing... We filled out the ds160, and emailed all of the things the packet 3 from Montreal wanted. Is the packet 4 an emailing, or do they send it snail mail? and what is everyone's experience on timing for this? We emailed the packet 3 two days ago. Thanks in advance guys, you are all a font of knowledge!

Our packet 4 came via email from Montreal. We emailed the checklist and everything on 3/22 prior to actually receiving the packet 3 email once our status said ready. Then on 3/24 we received the packet 3 email, responded to it again with the same info and received packet 4 on 3/28! Some people had much faster responses than that so fingers crossed for you :) Also, FYI they had a bunch of interview slots still available for April when we booked ours last week. It looked like every Wednesday starting 4/19 they had openings. We picked 5/3 just because it worked logistically for our schedules.  Good luck!

Just called NVC again to do the embassy transfer (or more like have the existing request from a month again recognized...). I tried the non-immigrant line this time. The wait was much longer than any time i called the IV line...~30 minutes. But the person was more helpful and a supervisor is looking into my case to find the letter and try to make the change before it leaves NVC (a few more days...). Fingers crossed.

Thank you for the info. We filed before getting the letter as well. The CEAC said ready, so we went ahead and did it. I guess we may have to do it again when we get the notice. That great news about the interview slots! hopefully we get the emails, and can get the ball rolling. If I'm not mistaken, we can not schedule the interview until after receiving packet 4, correct?

Right! I think you probably can but they include in packet 3 that interviews scheduled prior to receiving packet 4 might be cancelled without notification so probably safer to wait.
