Don't be worried ... there are a lot of cases with more than 2-3 weeks waiting for the case number. I know about 2 for sure just from the march approvals.

It will be there soon, be sure!

It's the same as with how they work on/approve cases ... no one knows about the mysteries of USCIS work!

Hey all those who have already given their interview and approved!! :) many congratulations! :)

I have a few queries regarding DS-160. Please help....

  1. The receipt number in DS160 is NVC case number or NOA1 Number?
  2. In the question about medical history, there's a question asking if we have the document confirming we have required vaccines. This is based on my own doctor's document, or if such a document is provided by the medical panel for immigration?
  3. For the question asking if I have resided in any country for longer than 6 months ? i am confused, because obviously i have resided in home country since i was born so its a yes, but No as i have not stayed in any other country. What shall I mark, yes or No?

Please refer attached screenshots foe the questions.

Thanks a ton :)

Starting to get bummed.  Malen is very stressed and it effecting our relationship. Our case is like number five on the list of Dec 23 rd filers. Malen is trying to keep occupied. I made a comment about that being good and not wanting a crazy woman yelling at me. I even sent a kiss emoji. 😘 Then later that evening she let me know that to her it wasn't a  joke to her and I got angry that she couldn't see the funny part of my joke. I was hoping that a application approval would brighten both of our days.  Here's to hoping we all get approved and that little jokes don't blow up in our faces thanks for listening I know you guys get it

i don't mean to air our dirty  laundry publicly but you all know how much stress is added the closer you get  V/r Jon & Malen ( sorry for the long post.

Sorry to hear that ... hope it won't be a long road for you, but be aware that it takes time. Officially they set a time frame of 3-5 months just for the process within USCIS. :/

Can anyone tell me how to figure what number we are in the line of December 27th cases?  When you enter in numbers in the find my case, do you only count the I-129 cases or ALL?  @geowrian @AkesAngel or anyone else?

Easiest way I would say ... klick the link for the december details I post everyday ... search there for Dec 27 and then search your number there. There you can see all cases Dec 27 (I-129F) on top or after yours.

Mine will be 2 weeks tomorrow. They send the documents in batches at a time, so we're probably in the same batch. :)

Just open the linked file and find your case number. That said, knowing "where" you are within a day doesn't mean a whole lot IMHO. There's too much variance across days to even know if where are you within a day has any meaningful difference of when you get processed.

1. You can use either of two, USCIS # or NVC case #. I personally put there our case # from USCIS (starting with WAC...).

2. You should put YES here. K visa applicants are not required to complete all vaccination before entering the USA unlike other immigrant visas applicants. But you will have to get all missing vaccines before you apply for AOS once in the USA, that's why many K1s prefer to get all their vaccination done. In many countries it's cheaper than in the USA.

3. Answer NO. They are asking whether you have resided in any third country other than your home country or the USA.
