Hey guys... This is going to be whiny, and I apologize in advance. Yet, I need some kind of support as you are the only community to understand this whole waiting game. As you can see in my timeline, my fiancée and I replied to a request for evidence on March 10, and it was scanned into USCIS's systems on March 14. I am aware of the fact that this is just two weeks ago, and I know that I shouldn't start fretting about it until maybe six weeks from now, and yet, it's close to impossible for me. At the same time, I know that there is no other option than waiting it out, and that stressing about it won't help at all. I guess all I hope to get here is some understanding (since you are the only community I can turn to with these kinds of issues because nobody else understands...). Even though I am usually a strong person, I sometimes also just need someone to tell me that everything is going to be alright...

Hope all of you are well, and sorry for the rant...

Its fine and think most here will understand it ... stay strong and be sure ... all will be fine. They touched your case twice and they'll do it a third time to approve it ... you only don't know when. But hey, maybe it will be today, who knows ;)

Don't lose hope ... for that you waited too long already

Feel the same way. Ours was received by USCIS on March 15th and we haven't heard from them since. It's frustrating but there is nothing we can do here but wait. We are on the same boat and I  totally understand how u feel. My fiancee keep on reminding me that we already started the process, we are almost there. There's no other way but forward. Just hang in there. Our time will come.

VISA IS ISSUED TODAY!!!! HORRAY!!!

FYI:

**** ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING ****

For all of you my VJ fam this is the 2 AP we got. The first one is march 27 and this is a good one because for sure the next step is visa ISSUED. The old one from March 16 is the bad one. If u got this and never get a 221g paper from ur CO check ur fiance email address or ur email address. Dont wait as it will take forever to resolve this kind of issue.

Hope this helps ♡♡♡

Consulate received case yesterday... just 18 days after NOA2 .. it is in ready status, so we are currently working on submitting DS160 and then will pay for the visa tomorrow and make the appointment, after which we will schedule the medical. I hope this is okay, I have heard of people doing this and not reviewing their instruction packets until the day before the interview, or medical etc. We have not recieve the instruction packets yet, but since I know we probably won't have an interview date for the next couple of weeks I hope this is okay.. I am going there next month and will only be there for a week am just hoping he can have an interview while am there, though I can't go in, the anticipation will be better with me there, plus him taking my passport in to show that am there.. hopefully ... if anyone feels otherwise please let me know!!

I understand your situation so well; it literally is the same as mine. You're also right though: our time will come (hopefully rather sooner than later). Do you mind sharing what your RFE was about? I'm sorry if I missed it while skimming through the thread. Ours was about more proof of the 2 year face-to-face requirement, and we sent back three pictures, seven itineraries and payment confirmations for flights (a couple of U.S.-bound ones for me, trips within the U.S., and two to other parts of the world), a set of boarding passes for a trip we took together, all of my entry stamps into the U.S., and entry stamps to another country we went together. I hope this is convincing enough for the adjudicator...!

We have the same RFE. Perhaps, they are checking or verifying the evidences we sent them that's why it takes them longer compared to other RFEs? I don't know. Just a wild guess. Other reason might be  because we sent them loads of proof that when u feel the outside of the RFE respond packet it feels so bulky. They might be thinking it will take a lot of time scanning all that proof we sent them so they are saving our case for later and getting on first with the easier case. Sigh. Good luck to us and to others who are yet to get approved! I hope this week will be our lucky week! ?

Hi all.

So I'm back to my country after visiting my fiance in the U.S.  and I'm really, really depressed.  It's getting harder to keep on waiting, I am so angry at those receiving their NOA2 although I know it isn't their fault.

I'm exhausted and I really want to get over with this process. It's draining my mental health.

Please tell me I'm not the only one feeling like this after visiting their loved ones?  I'm going crazy.
