It's my fault on my end because before the lawyer sent out my papers to immigration he added I was married before in my letter and nothing was sent to them for divorce so In a way I was expecting a rfe for that but what I had from divorce I showed my lawyer and he said that's not good what I have and I need to get one with stamps and all from Kosovo so that's why I might go to take care of this and to see my fiancé to

Yes, I would be coming from Spain. The last time I was there, was in January (I left the US on the 9th of January) and I stayed for 1 month and 3 weeks. I came with the ESTA and we were thinking to either come now on April for a week or wait until June which will be already 5 months since I stepped a foot into the US and come for some longer than a week if we still got no news from NOA2 (which at that point would be crazy...)

Thanks Andesco! I think celebrating together an approval would be so awesome and well if we get denied at least we can be together during that moment as well. April might be a nice time to get together, if there's one thing I will say is if you can attempt not to stretch out yourself for too long. My fiancee and I agreed when I came back from Chile in January that we would be together by the end of March, well now we are looking at May and I'm happy about that but it was so hard to let go of that March date. I thought for sure I could get through another two months or so but really its been too hard. Take the time to be together if you can.

How many days after my approval should I call NVC to obtain my case number? Does anyone have the number I should call?

When is the best time to call?

What information must be provided to get the case number? 

 

After the NOA2 I'm not even sure what the next steps are, I've reviewed so many different forms and processes my brain is tired.

Good Morning Everyone, 

I would like to know, I have my NVC Case Number, My fiance went to get his Police certificate today. Is this too early?? Do they have a limit to how soon you can get it. We do not have an interview date yet the embassy doesnt even have our case also. I am thinking to tell him to schedule the medical, using the case number I have, is that okay?? The country is Ghana. Will the embassy say we did the medical too soon, or the police certificate too soon.

There are lots and lots and lots of posts in the previous few pages which answer exactly these questions with lots of useful details.  Sit down with a coffee and spend ten minutes reading and scanning from page 110 onwards
