The table you've sent is only the update from totally untouched cases with a status change - that can be all from approved or RFE to Others. Its just saying they got touched the first time and they are most likely the 4 RFEs for that day.

Ok?

Geos and my data have some numbers in the same time frame since he added dec cases ... so after his and my scan I do just the math to figure out the number for Nov and Dec

this might vary from country to country (check the forum for the Philippines) - in the UK you just need the number in order to schedule the medical.  You need to take evidence of the case number to the medical (letter/email from the embassy - someone also mentioned taking a screenshot of the case status if you don't have the embassy confirmation in time).

 

I booked my medical using the number we got over the phone - and fortunately my letter arrived from the embassy the day before the medical.

So I got my rfe beginning of march immigration wanted a copy of my divorce paper from a previous marriage overseas that didn't work out I went to my lawyer today and told me that that wasn't a good letter from divorce i need to get another one stating I'm divorced he told me if someone I New in Albania where I got married to get me it or I go there and take care of it how can I do this or if I can do something from home idk what to do!?

Can you order your divorce certificate online or do you need to get someone to go the registry office to get it?  Can you phone the office in Albania to ask? Where are you now?  Can you contact the lawyer who acted for you during the divorce?  My divorce lawyer sent me the papers issued by the court.

How can you order it online ?? I'm in America and this happened in Kosovo

Since you don't really need to schedule an appointment for medical. St. Luke's requires that you show them proof that your MNL case number is ready to schedule for an interview before you can proceed to have any procedure done. It could either be an e-mail from Phil consulate, NVC or at the very least, a screenshot from the CEAC website with the status of your case being "Ready". Like I said, the medical for the Philippines is first come first served, so you don't really need to schedule anything. You just show up when you have all your requirements.

I'm googling now to see if I can find out for you.  I guess you provided uscis with a certificate of 'freedom to marry' as this is what I am seeing on my google searches?

It varies in different consulates. For example in the Philippines, because of an unreliable post office, a lot of people don't really get to receive their packet 3 at all, but luckily, it's not needed to move forward with the case. You might want to look at VJ's regional forums for Egypt, you can get specific answers for your country there.
