Hey guys especially ANTHONY & BOBBY. I GOT an ***ADMINISTRATIVE PROCESSING*** on CEAC website since MARCH 16, 2017. Is this normal? Can anyone tell me what does it mean?

I am in the same situation as well at NVC. I asked the gentleman about that and he said it is not anything for me to worry and that all cases have to go through administrative processing. I hope so, because I have been waiting,  since March 9th it's been there. Oh, mine doesn't say that on the ceacstattracker website. It just says at NVC. But I was told that is what that means since it hasn't been sent out yet. But they say call back tomorrow because it could be sent any day now.

Got my RFE in the mail minutes ago. Yup...they want proof that OKC is not an IMB just like I assumed. It's too late to mail out today, but I'll send out my response for Monday.

Awesome, a simple one.

Meanwhile, in the tales of Doug&Maja... Doug admitted that those 3 unchecked boxes were his fault and decided to get a lawyer to look at everything I sent him for the RFE. Smart, but we've been waiting for the appointment for a week now and it's not until 03/22. Eh. I'm gonna live. At least it shows he cares.

We just got our interview date:  March 29th! We probably could have made it happen a lot sooner, but she's not actually moving here until August, so there's been no need to rush. Fingers crossed that all goes well!

Wow. I'm so happy you guys planned ahead!

I planned for May in October, since school ends in April. Hehe... Yeah, not happening. I might actually still go to my graduation in July.

Hi Geowrian, Im sorry it causes the delay. But you will be approved very soon. I knew my fiance through OKC too, but I think I submitted them screenshots of our very first conversations on OKC, so that's why they didn't ask for IMB. How about you? Did you just write the name of the website on your timeline or something?

Thanks! No, I didn't do that. For a while, they were not asking about the "big 3" US dating sites: eHarmony, Match.com, and OKC. It seems like just recently they've either been very strict or the people processing the cases don't know much about it yet. If you check previous VJ posts (even from 2015), the suggestion was that it wasn't needed. Oh well, I'm just glad it was what I suspected it would be so I was ready.

My fiancé and I also met on a dating website, so I was worried about an RFE because I didn't include the terms of service, but we were approved.  I included our first messages from the dating website, so maybe that's why they didn't give us an RFE.  Sorry that happened to you Geo; hopefully, you will have a quick approval after this.

News on our case: It made it to Montreal today and was set to "Ready".  We submitted our DS-160 and should have everything together to submit Packet 3 tomorrow.  We are excited to schedule our interview!  Positive thoughts to everyone who is still waiting.

Does anyone else experiences horrible experience while browsing visajourney? As soon as I open this thread from phone's browser (safari) I'm getting transferred to some other traffic redirecting website with adds and there is no way to restore the page.

.. if you want to search for specific timeline - have fun doing that from the computer, the drop down menu pops out a few inches below and you can't really select anything, because when you move the pointer down it disappears. (I learned a trick to open it by pressing right computer mouse button at top menu and it freezes the menu and allows you to select something from the bottom one.)

ohh.. why am I even complaining, I finally opened this thread on my 30th try just to share that my fiancé was approved today at her embassy interview :dancing: ???

Ugh. I keep getting redirected to a virus page! Driving me absolutely crazy!!
