RED FLAGS , RED FLAGS 

hello visa journey family i am at my wits end,  my fiancé had a interview date for jan but  we changed the date  do  to the fact that i did not send him the documents in time .  We changed the date to 2/15 well for some of you all who are reading this its feb 15 and he is not going to he's interview due to the fact that he did not get he's medical done in time. now i know and we do plan to change the date and yes, we know he has to pay the visa fee again does him changing he's date twice set out as a RED FLAG?

He should have gone to the interview, he would have received a 221g to get the needed documents and medical.

when i called immigration they never motioned any about a 221g what is that and for Nigeria you are not allowed to enter the building without a medical form

If you have an interview appointment you can enter the building with not having a medical completed as far as I know
unless there have been recent changes.

Changing and rescheduling the dates aren't -that- big of a red flag, but missing an interview can be pretty bad. MUCH worse than rescheduling.

You only get a 221g after GOING to the interview, you can't get one if you didn't go. A 221g (with considerations), would have been a form that the officer gives the person at the interview saying that the person needs to submit more documents such as medical, a cosponsor, a translated birth certificate, etc. You then simply send them what they ask for. But there is no 221g without the interview.



Honestly, these should be more red flags to you than to USCIS.

This is a very serious system that should be treated seriously.

Why did he not go to his medical?
Medical should always be done BEFORE the interview, so it's safe to assume that he not only missed his original medical prior to Janurary, but then either didn't reschedule it or didn't show up to it before his interview today that he didn't show up for?


Normally in cases like these, there's something bigger going on. 

Note that you're already at a VERY hard embassy, adding more and more things like this is just going to make things worse.
