Just fishing for opinions.  I think I can handle the I-129 and any other paperwork from my end in the US.  However, I'm worried that my fiancee in the Philippines may need some help over there.  Should I be thinking about getting an agency or lawyer over there to help her?  If I do, do we need to do it before filing the I-129 or can we wait?

Most/all the important things will be done from you end so I you think you can handle it I wouldn't worry about getting help for you Fiance.

Why would she fill out the visa application? The majority of stuff is done on your end just follow the guides and you will be fine.

Your Fiance can make it on her own. Trust me it's more cheaper and she'll have to do it on her own which the best thing for her to get everything fix by herself and she'll be aware of everything in details. All she need to do is get some research and information and start getting her requirements.  I can help her too. :)
