What do you mean stay in USA no more than 330 days?

She needs to have 330 days within any 12 month period in a row. For p-Ana, if she was not in the foreign country for 60 days out of the 12 months she needs, then she would not reach 330 days.

It is very difficult to get a tax accountant  who understands the complexity of the foreign earned income two of them advised me incorrectly .   I subsequently found one years after when I accidently read some articles and was still a little confused but knew enough to know who I was about to choose understood this complex tax filing
