Hello!

My RFE never made it to USCIS.  I submitted an e-request after not being able to reach a level 2 officer despite the recording stating "you will receive a call back from an officer in 165 minutes".  I called USCIS and they stated that since I made an e-request, there is no need to talk to a level 2 officer (which makes sense).

My question is this:  If anyone has had to use the e-request, how long has it taken to receive the documents?  I already know what they need from me and that is no problem; I just need the blue RFE sheet that comes from them.

I already made an appointment just in case it doesn't come in time.  My RFE has to be received by March 10, 2017 or I have to start all over again, which, obviously, I do not want to do.

Thank you!
