Fuimos a ciudad juarez y le dijeron ke no le podían dar su residencia porque ella trato de pasar a usa en año 2000 que calificaba para un perdón que es 1-601 y 1-212  pero nose que aser ni como funciona estos perdones

From sending of I-129F petiton to POE - 146 days.

 

02/03/2017 - Married 

02/24/2017 - AOS packet sent

06/01/2017 - EAD/AP Combo Card Received in mail

12/06/2017 - I-485 Approved

12/14/2017 - Green Card Received in mail - No Interview

This' what Carmelita84 wrote "We went to Ciudad Juarez and they told her that they could not give her residence because she tried to pass (enter illegally) to USA in 2000 that qualified for a pardon that is 1-601 and 1-212 but I do not know how to do or how these pardons work."  I will answer her in Spanish and advis her that she will need to use English in posting/asking her questions for help and/or clarification from hereon. She wants information and instructions on filing the I-601 and I-212 waiver forms.  I'll 'private messager' her my response and the information.
