Palawan, CONGRATULATIONS for the CRBA approval!!   Almost there.

Thanks! We received the CRBA document yesterday and expect her US Passport by Monday. It only took 17 days from CRBA application to receiving the CRBA. I was expecting several weeks.

@Haltom Family yes, we got the visa packet and everything went fine with the medical docs. I have read a couple of post from people that paid GC fee after arriving in the US, I don't think there was a problem. On uscis site, it says "you get the card 120 days after paying or 120 days after entering US, whichever is later".

Advice

Hi I was wondering if anyone can give me some advice. My partner is a US Citizen, we have been married for 6 years and she has lived and worked in the UK for almost 4 years permanently on a 2 year visa, which we have renewed once because she didn't pass the living in the UK test in time. She has a residents card and we obviously live in the UK, but she doesn't have a permanent residency visa. Can we still file for DCF under these circumstances?

Many Thanks,

Claire

Have you arrived in the US yet? At which port of entry did you arrive? My wife and daughter's visas arrived today at MOA 2GO. We are planning to fly to US probably on Labor Day or the day after. Thinking about San Fran as POE because of nonstop Philippine Airlines flight for them.

$325 interview fee you will pay at Embassy (we did that here in Philippines) and then $220 green card fee (best to pay prior to departure to US).

Hi Palawan!   Congrats again!  Finally!  Yes we are here now, we made it through.  Our port of entry was in Seattle,  Airport last September 1.  By God's grace one more plane ✈ and will be home bound in our state.   God bless you all guys!   Be careful with what you are bringing in your luggage, US port / customs are very strict!

Alright!  We are currently on the midst of paying the green card online and carefully following the instructions provided but until now we aren't succeeding.  Do you all successfully paid your immigrant fee $220 online?

.

Have you all created an account? Provided your alien and case number and accepted successfully? What about the drop down menu USCIS IMMIGRANT FEE? Have you all easily seen it? Because we can't find it.  The only option coming out is replacing the green card or that I-90 something.  Thanks guys.
