I tried emailing IVManilaReplies@state.gov for our manila case number but they emailed me back by asking me for a 10-digit case number or the 13-character U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) receipt number. which i dont know i have because i filed dcf . I did emphasize in my email that its DCF.  Does it take longer for Ir2 to get their Manila case number?  Its been 9 days no case number yet..

Have you received your Case number?

Hi Haltom, try cheapair.com or expedia.com I've purchased tickets from them before. They'll give you  the cheapest choices.

Congratulations Spencer3.  You don't need to pay the DS-260, its free. And yes your immigrant visa fees may be paid in cash at the Embassy's consular cashier on the day of your interview.   Be sure that the one you are petitioning will have a Medical Examination weeks before your consulate scheduled interview date.  Hope this helps.  God bless to your immigration journey.

My wife's doing great. Initial testing was negative. We are confident that her sputum results will be negative in early July. We have a 2.5 month old daughter that is doing really well. Still waiting on PSA (May 29) to complete her official birth certificate so we can file for CRBA & US passport as soon as possible. Will you commute back and forth from home for your medical or will you stay at local hotel? Hopefully they can do your medical in 1 day.

I pleaded them three times to processed, and released my medical for a day only.  Thank God for the graciousness of the people in the X-ray releasing department, got the results the same day.  Praying for the sputum results of your wife.

Hi Guys , we already had our interview but got 221g need proof of domicile.. I dont know what to do now!

Hi Alp, just want to clarify something about the 221g and the need of proof of domicile.  Proof of domicile in the USA?  What about a letter that you received in your name indicating the address to which you intends to return? Scan copy of it, or ask your friend in the USA to snail mail you a greeting cards in your domicile address in the USA which clearly showed your name and adress and once received by your family there, ask them a favor to immediately courier that proof to USCIS, US EMBASSY MANILA/ CONSUL?  This is just a suggestion.    Are they requesting for an original copy? The  scan copy of those snail mail you received in your name might satisfy the consul :) Hope this helps. Praying for wisdom on what to do about this matter.

Hi Haltom, yes proof of domicile in the US. They said I need to go back get a job or lease a house . They asked for bills which I dont have since I have been living here in Ph.. Im just really sad right now cause I have to leave my small baby here and go back to the US to do those things😔 It would have been easier for me to go back to the US together but now I have to go alone and be away from my children

Oh my I am sorry about that. :( But it doesn't makes sense.  Most of the DCF filers that I read and underwent the interviews were living in the Philippines for a long time, didn't hold a job in the US, but they got approved.

Hi Alp, not sure if this idea will help... are the consul demanding you to "go back get a job or lease a house" or a cited example for you to have a proof of domicile?  The idea is to request a duplicate license/ID request to be send to your intending address in the USA.  My husband's drivers license was stolen in our previous address.  So today, we requested a replacement online in our State Department of Safety and Homeland Security who are assigned to process a lost licenses.  They processed it online and paid a fee of $12.00.  The receipt or the DUPLICATE ACCEPTANCE OF INTERIM contains all the needed details that will justify your domicile address in the USA.  It will also served as an extension of your license / valid for 20 days. It will also serve as a proof of billing since there are some details disclosed with it like the amount deducted with you.  Attached is the sample of it just removed all the sensitive details.  You can print the receipt of it for your use.   Hope this helps.
