I've been there too. Lol. But they keep on reminding me about the 30-90 days approval that's why instead of calling/sending them emails, I prepared my documents which will be needed on the day of interview because once you're approved and got a MNL case number, it can really get fast from there. You can fill up the DS-260 application, schedule an interview appointment, and you can even also do the medical examination if you got your case number on a weekday(monday-thursday) just register online on SLEC page :D

Hi everyone, Ill be needing some help on this.  In part 6 of I-864A, can you help us figuring this out.  Do we only need to put number in PRINT or name of the intending immigrant?  Like the intending immigrant is Only 1 so we just need to put ONE (1)?

The screen shot is provided below.  The one with red box.  Thank you so much.

Hi guys, are all the February 2017 petitioners and applicant (except us) done with your medical exam and interviews with consul?

Will have the medical this coming 29th, do you have any suggestion to complete the procedures and get the results within that day?  Thanks.

This past week, my wife had her 3 day sputum test done. Yesterday we went to St. Luke's for her pulmonary evaluation and she tested negative (smear test). She has a July 4th call back date for the sputum culture results. My daughter had her skin test done this past week and tested positive. They did an X-ray on Thursday. Yesterday we received the good news that she is ready for vaccination (X-ray showed no problems). We have to wait until At least July for their interview.

Haltom Family, I wish I could provide info to help you get through the medical in 1 day. Since we have a daughter going through the medical skin test, we knew it would be 3 days. Can't wait to hear your positive news of passing the medical and then of course receiving your visa. I have read of several people on VJ getting their medical done in 1 day arriving at St. Luke's just after 8 am and completing vaccinations by 3 pm that afternoon.

If in case, USPS is also reliable in sending documents from US  to Philippines.  It took us 8 working days to received ours and pick up from the local post office.

Filed: K-1 Visa Country: Philippines
Timeline

Hello everyone,

I hope anyone could answer my questions here. I am a filipina married to and American, we got married in the states on 2008, but I only stayed in the states for 3 years. My husband and I are living here in the Philippines for at least 6 years now, and we decided to go back to the US for good. We are planning to go DCF filling, maybe next month. I've been reading all you guys experiences and I am hoping we will get approved as fast as yours.

I have just few concerns. Even though we're married for almost 9 years now, I am still using my maiden name on my passport and my CENOMAR, but I used my married name for my NBI. I wonder if all of these different last names are fine? And I'm worried about me having an expired green card will affect my visa getting approve.

P.S.

Did anyone of you submitted two CECOMAR? For you and your spouse? I read here once, that he got two cenomars for him and his wife, but I only got one for me, and it's in my maiden name, though it says I don't have a record of being married here, which I think it's normal because we got married in the states, not here.

Please if anyone could help me or even give me an advice. I would really appreciate it.

God bless us all, and I will be praying for you all also.

Thank you!
