Hey, if you have been married to and living with your USC spouse for the past 3 years, you should be able to apply any time now. Check the date on your permanent residence card- if it says something like, 2/13/2014 for example (or really any date before then) and the above is true, you should be good to go as it'll have been 3+ years :) Here's a link that you might find useful on requirements for filing even if your situation isn't the one I mentioned above.

01/04/17 Case Ready!
