Hello, im going crazy. I dont what to do ?? NVC is not giving me a response. They scanned my paperwork since Dec 7th and still no update. I talked to a supervisor twice. They said it was sent for managerial review still nothing. Who can i contact to get my paperwork process?

Same here I sent in documents and called about two weeks ago they say it was recieved on December 29, 2016. The agent just said it is taking up to 6 weeks.

I keep calling hoping they would just go ahead and complete my case. Our son is 8months old now and only met his father once. My husband is missing everything. Do they not know that their dealing with people's lives. I can't stop crying. I miss my husband. Especially today, I thought we would finally be together on valentine's day this year. Anyway, I'm desperate for a completion of this case.

I'm sorry to hear about that. However, they are dealing with everybody's lives. They need to do their job and also process the thousands of applications before yours.
