OK I just submit my c1 visa application I thought it was easy to get didn't pay application fee as yet but I'm reading where it can be denied and looks like in my case it will be as I am unemployed and don't have any "strong ties" to my country also I was sent back to my country from us in 2012 I do have permission to reapply approved and married to a us citizen at the moment anyways I just would like to take a vacation somewhere for a bit and i got soo excited as there is alot of places i can travel to besides the us, come to find out I just have the worst of luck on all levels as every destination that I want to travel.to have to do a transit in the us I try all diff flights  and will have to stop there for few hours or so so what am I suppose to do now be banned from the world cause that's what it seems like at this point it's unlikely I will get c-1 visa the us is just punishing me from.all angles smh so frustrated!

don't mean to sound unkind, but I have read you other post about trying to get back in the US after being deported,  you tried to get a b2 visa using a lawyer and was turned down ,   You are sounding a bit desperate trying to set foot on US soil.  YOu don't have to intransit through the US to get to Costa Rica, there is always Panama.

There are many countries non US visa holders go to on vacation

parts of the EU, MX,DR, etc along with other islands.Lots of Jamaicans

go to China, Dubai, Japan, Holland, Ghana never going thru US

If one has a re-entry approved then showing strong ties, reasons for

deportation, reason to visit US are some of the hurdles.

If one has a spouse in the US then an IV will be needed, a temp. visa is not likely

Because your story does not add up and it is not fooling anyone!

So you are unemployed, have no home ties and want to 'take a vacation somewhere for a bit'. Errr yea ok!

Maybe think about your prorities in life? A holiday is the last thing on my mind if I have no income.

Maybe it's something to do with the fact your husband is in the US? Want to join him again as you got deported? Looking for the easiest way to do that and thought a C1 visa would be the easiest as its just for 'transit'? Check, check, check.

The door is that way ------>

Just from your insult filled responses, we all know that there is more to your deportation than being a minor and taken to the US illegally. but that is not our problem it yours.      You said in another post that your mother convinced you to Pay 33,000.00 to Jamaican lawyer to assist you to try and get a visa to go back to the states , you had an interview in January and was turn down., now you are back asking about intransit visa. NO where in your previous post you mentioned being married and having a husband filing for you.

AGain I say you sound Desperate to set foot on US soil
