You only need to fill out I-765, I-131 forms and send them in with copy of your I-485 receipt. You don't have to pay for anything.

04/15/2015: Passed Interview

05/05/2015: Oath letter was sent

I have a question regarding AP, I can only apply for this if I have a current plan to travel? but if not I can't proceed to because when I try to fill up its asking all about the propose travel.. At first, I just want to apply for this for future use but when I encounter those questions its asking for the date of departure and etc. that means it's more specific and detailed. thanks.

I dont need to travel anytime soon but I applied for it anyways. No one knows how long before a greencard is issued. It can be 6months, a year or more. who knows? It's better to have a travel document handy, you'll never know the need. Your K1 is single-entry. You can't enter U.S. again if you dont have a travel document.

You don't need to fill that out.. here's the example form from VJ.

Read the instructions for the forms for what other doc you need to send with and check the VJ guides. Don't forget to only send COPY of the i-485 NOA1, not the receipt itself.

If you know a date, put a date, I put "unknown" in both boxes.
