January 03-07----Medical and Interview in Vancouver - APPROVED!! 285 days from filing!

January 04-07----POE at Vancouver Int'l Airport

January 12-07----Wedding Day!

AOS & EAD

February 20-07---AOS, EAD sent to Chicago

February 27-07---NOA1

March 15-07------Biometrics Appointment

May 09-07------AOS Interview - Approved pending new sponsor.

June 11-07-------Approved & Green Card Issued

Removal of Conditions

May 11-09--------I-751 Sent via FedEx Overnight

May 15-09--------Receipt date on I-797

June 16-09-------Change of Address Confirmed

...one giant address change/biometrics fuxxup later...

July 28-09--------Biometrics taken (walk-in)

July 29-09--------Touched :)

But it says it all!!!! :yes:

Unfortunately Im not home so I cant be there to sign and get my visa back, but at least I know I will be able to pick it up at the post office on Tuesday!!!! ( F....easter week-end)

But at least no more worries for the delivery!!

Congrats. So how did the interview go?

[15-03-2006] NOA1

[27-03-2006] Touched? (The last modification was on that date. shrugs)

[30-06-2006] Received and sent the IMBRA RFE.

[11-07-2006] Touched --> USCIS received the IMBRA RFE.

[11-09-2006] NOA2!!

[22-11-2006] Montreal received DS-230 on/before November 22

[12-04-2007] Interview!!!

[13-04-2007] K-1 Visa issued after 13 months of waiting.

[19-05-2007] Wedding

[24-07-2007] Paperwork for AoS sent

[11-15-2007] Green Card received

1 year+ for a K-1 Visa. Who would've thought...

Ok got the notice at home ( they were here 45 min before I got back from work) and i can go pick it up tomorrow at the post office!!

Record here. 1 day. Woot! And i was worrying so much about it. I wish a speedy delivery to everybody else!

Its such a relief to have the envelope in hands only a day after the interview. We were so stressed out about when we would get it and all of our plans on moving and entering the US teetered back and forth everyday.......until TODAY that is :dance:

OMG baby, it was so amazing to do all of this with you, all of the nights we spent dreaming of a life together are now going to be able to come true.

Its hard to see everyone around my mephys being so happy and yet so sad to see her go, but they all know you are in the best hands darlin, and I love you forever. Only a week................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
