how long can i wait before i can filling N300 OR N400?

Thank you all on this forum ....i will got approved of my 10 green card after stay over three an half years with no green.... and my wife mess around.

please i need you guys to help me.. from unlearn question to me.

1- how long can i wait before i can filling N300 OR N400?

2- what kind of the documents needed ?

You can file for citizenship (N400) 90 days from the expiry of your green card (that's 33 months from Green card issuance). You have to have been married to US citizen 3 years and be a green card holder also for 3 years.


If you just got green card you have 90 days from the 3 year anniversary of being a green card holder ((that's 33 months from Green card issuance).

 

If divorced you have a 5 year wait.

We told you the requirements. You must be a green card holder 3 years. You just got your card. So no 3 years. But you can file 90 days before that 3 years. If you are still married to the same US Citizen spouse. If you aren't you wait 5 years.

 

So again No. You can't file now you just became a LPR correct. So you still have some years to go. Doesn't matter you got a 10 year green card you just became a Legal Permanent Resident.

 

What is the expiry on your Green card? We can give you the exact date you can start filing.
