Hello,

 

It is time for me to submit my form i-571 to remove conditional residency. My temporary green card is under my name as appeared in my passport. Now That i have to submit this form I want to change my name which I know it is possible but I would like to change my maiden last name as my middle name. So currently my name is: Doris (First)  Maria (Middle) Garcia Perez (Last)

 

I would like it to be: Doris (First) Garcia (middle) Thompson (last name - husband's)

 

is this possible??

 

thanks I just want to make sure i have no issues with uscis
