Calling all Phil-Am CSC February filers!!! im starting this topic because we might be bumping into each other soon at St. Lukes for medical and at the manila embassy..it would be nice to know each other, get ourselves connected and share some tips too..

Bernie called State Department and our packet was mailed on June 12. Anyone here have received their packet already?

No packet for me yet either.

hey everyone! any news?? have you read the post of epiphany saying that there will be no schedules in USE until september...we are still lucky we already have our schedules

anyone got their packet 4 already? if you have your copy of NOA2 and NVC letter with case number starting MNL, you can call SLEC to just pick up your packet 4 there...

I received my PACKET 4 TODAY! yippeeeyyyyy

DHL called me up at 1:20 P.M. informing me they just received something from the US Embassy for me and to be delivered on Monday.....so why wait on Monday......I went to DHL head office right away and pick-up my Packet 4 at 2:15 P.M..........

There are at least 20 or so express mails from the US Embassy in there (they let me take a peek at the box....hehehe).

Take a breathe fellows and watch out for a DHL van passing by at your area, it could be your Packet 4!!!!

DHL called me up at 1:20 P.M. informing me they just received something from the US Embassy for me and to be delivered on Monday.....so why wait on Monday......I went to DHL head office right away and pick-up my Packet 4 at 2:15 P.M..........

There are at least 20 or so express mails from the US Embassy in there (they let me take a peek at the box....hehehe).

Take a breathe fellows and watch out for a DHL van passing by at your area, it could be your Packet 4!!!!

Got the Packet 4 today!!! Yeheey!!! My mom called from home informing me that the packet was delivered today after lunch. We're all set for the medicals and the interview... Am so happy...

shucks! im so happy!!! okay here's why....

when i arrive at around 6:30pm in our apartment today, my sister and myself are having our dinner and i got a missed call from the water station attendant at the ground floor of our building, i immediately called her and checked why she had a missed call and she told me that i got something from the US Embassy of Manila! i quickly told her that I will go downstairs to get it! i was at the ground floor in no time and finally have the packet 4 in my hand!! Praise the Lord!! i was actually running from the ground floor to our unit at the 3rd floor! and told my sister what i got and she was also happy!! she actually was the one trying to open the packet and read the appointment letter!! hahah then i called up my mama & papa and told them about the great news! and i'd be calling my honey a little later because he's still sleeping by this time..i can't wait to wake him up and tell him the great news!! sus! ni-tumbling kos kalipay uy!! God is so good all the time!!

DS-157, really need to do it online?

I-134 Affidavit of Support, okay if handwritten? Is version 7/14/06 still good/acceptable?

How did you do it guys? Just gathering/seeking information.

They have a new I-134 revised as of 04-30-07, don't they usually want the latest version?

Well our lawyer gave us I-134 Rev as of 7/14/06 expires on 4-30-07....I checked the new form from the website and it is 2/28/07 expires on 4-30-07.
