these are all forms that you will receive once you get to the CFO.  No worries.

Thank you very much.

So all she has to bring are the items not in bold? It's for the K1 visa

You need to bring everything... eventually

Here is a link that may be of value as you need to bring a variety of documents:  http://visaconnection-philippines.com/index.php/2-visa-process/5-cfo-gcp-seminar

Yes GCP is one session.

The items you did not have highlighted you will need before getting the CFO sticker in your passport, if you attend CFO before you get your passport w/visa back from USEM after you attend the seminar.  If you attend CFO after receiving your visa you will need everything you listed and most of the items listed in the link I gave you at your GCP

Always be prepared with CFO

Thank you, Sagot. We have the visa and passport back.

I don't understand this -  Original CFO Guidance and Counseling Certificate (after satisfactory completion of the GCP)

How can we get it after completing the GCP? Isn't it for the GCP process itself?

Duly completed emigrant registration form - this I did find - thank you.

Duly completed guidance and counseling form - this I couldn't find. do we get it there in person?

No, the certificate (of completion) is issues after the seminar, have to complete the seminar before you can get the certificate ;).

The certificate you will need to present to get the sticker in your passport, after the seminar.  Along with the "not" highlighted items

There have been a few that we know of that have attended the seminar at Clark and reported back that it went smoothly.  It's just like the other two locations. Pretty much ask the same questions, follow the same sequence of events and require the same documents.  Nothing different.  Follow Sagot's link and you shouldn't have any problems.
